9. Inner Circle membership
* To join, you'll choose either 12 monthly payments or a one-time payment for the entire year. Please note, the payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription, and you are responsible for all payments when signing up.
*Active membership is required to maintain access to any courses unlocked during your time in the Inner Circle or Designer's Sanctuary, including those unlocked immediately upon joining. Since this is a yearly commitment, there are no cancellations during the current year. However, if you choose to cancel for the next year, please give us 30 days’ notice before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following year.
10. Termination of Access Due to Harassment
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all users of our platform. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to abusive language, threats, or any other behavior that is intended to intimidate or harm others.
In the event that a user engages in harassment or violates our community guidelines, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to terminating their access to our platform without refund. Harassment may include, but is not limited to, repeated unwanted contact, verbal abuse, or any other behavior that is deemed inappropriate or harmful by our team.
Users who are removed from our platform due to harassment will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for any unused portion of their subscription or course access.
By accessing our platform, users agree to abide by our community guidelines and to treat others with respect and courtesy at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of access to our platform.
We reserve the right to take any additional actions deemed necessary to protect the safety and well-being of our community members.
